　　TeachingchildrenEnglishisveryinterestedbutitisalsochalleging.Becausechildrenarealwaysactive,evensometimesverynaughty.Soteachersneedalotofpatiencetodealwithchildren.ThemostimportantthatIhavelearnedfrommyoneyearteacingexperenceisthatateachershouldhavethekindof聽themindthatalwayswantstogoonlearning.Teachingisajobatwhichonewillneverbeperfet.IfIhavethechance,IwilltrymybesttobeagoodprimaryEnglishteacher.

　　IamathirdyearmastermajorinautomationatShanghaiJiaoTongUniversity,P.R.China.WithtremendousinterestinIndustrialEngineering,IamwritingtoapplyforacceptanceintoyourPh.D.graduateprogram.In1995,IenteredtheNanjingUniversityofScience&Technology(NUST)--widelyconsideredoneoftheChina’sbestengineeringschools.Duringthefollowingundergraduatestudy,myacademicrecordskeptdistinguishedamongthewholedepartment.IwasgrantedFirstClassPrizeeverysemester,andmyoverallGPA(89.5/100)rankedNo.1among113students.In1999,Igottheprivilegetoenterthegraduateprogramwaivedoftheadmissiontest.IselectedtheShanghaiJiaoTongUniversitytocontinuemystudyforitsbestreputationonCombinatorialOptimizationandNetworkSchedulingwheremyresearchinterestlies.

　　自我介紹的時間不要過長，最好是一至三分鐘。最初你可能會覺得時間太長，但當你真正要介紹自己三項特質時，你就會發現時間不夠用了。WHATTOSAY應說什么?Whatyouactuallysay,intermsofthewordsyouuse,issomethingthatyouhavetodecide.Youneedtocreateananswerthatsoundsnaturaland,atthesametime,interesting.背答案估計沒有人愿意聽。Thewaytodeterminewhetheryouranswerisnaturalissimplybywritingafirstdraftoftheanswerandthenreaditoutloud.Whenyoudothis,you'llprobablyspotthingsthatyouhavetochange.
