　　現在的圣誕老人是杜撰的人物，但是幾乎所有的孩子都深信圣誕老人確有其人。在孩子們的眼里，圣誕老人是一位蓄著長長的白胡子、穿著紅紅的長袍子的，快樂的老人。

　　每年12月24日晚上，來自寒冷的遙遠北方的圣誕老人，會滑下煙囪，把禮物放在孩子們的床邊，或者裝進襪子里。所以，孩子們睡前都會把圣誕襪高高掛起，第二天醒來時就會收獲滿滿的禮物。當然，這都是拜父母所賜。
